 I tried my mother-in-law's walker the other day and decided that I would make better progress if I bought one.  But I needed the more vertical type:

Northwestern Wins Citrus Bowl!

 I was just looking through the Satellite schedule trying to  find something worth watching.  Came Upon the Citrus Bowl with one of my schools playing.   AND NU was ahead.  So I decided to watch.

The Wildcats ended up winning 35-19.

Anniversary Flowers....

 Our Anniversary was on the 11th.  But since we were out of town and about to travel we decided to wait on the Flowers until we got home.  Just some basic Cell Phone Pics for now......Macro Images coming soon.....

We are on our way home after a safe (and sometimes even fun can I say?).  My Drs at the Mayo Clinic have not decided on a final treatment for my vision problem.  So We wait and see.  In the meantime always Stay Safe in the Desert!

Garden Update - Everything Survived

 

Front Yard above.  Our first Snow on Sept 8-9th.   Early for a hard Freeze, but everything survived.  Even the Zuchinni which we forgot to cover (below).

Back yard Snow.  The Eggplants were wrapped and in front of the planter, and below, unwrapped>

The plants in the snow pics wrapped in blue were my two largest heirloom tomatoes, which were fine also.  The Sioux Tomato above.

Below the Paul Robeson Tomato, which were found out was originally a Russian Tomato.

So my garden continues for at least another month.

Garden Update

 Saturday it was over 100 degrees.  Tonight, a hard freeze.  We wrapped  the veggies last night and we'll see what happens tonight.
